This section allows you to order all images in the online exhibition in a number of different ways (see below) and search the images by keyword and the lender to the exhibition.

Keyword search: This search box allows you to search for any word that appears in the title, extended caption or lender. The results will be ordered by date.

The images can be ordered by:
Object Guide No. (this is the same as Date). The upward arrow indicates that the images are ordered from first to last. By clicking on ‘Object Guide No.’ you can reverse the order in which the images are displayed - last to first.

Date (this is the same as Object Guide No.). The upward arrow indicates that the images are ordered from the earliest date to the most recent. By clicking on ‘Date’ you can reverse the order in which the images are displayed - most recent to the earliest date. Please note exhibits with an unknown date are displayed after those with the most recent date.

Artist. The upward arrow indicates that the images are ordered alphabetically by artists surname from A to Z. By clicking on ‘Artist’ you can reverse the order in which the images are displayed – Z to A. Please note that not all images have an artist, where there is no artist these are listed before ‘A’.

Cluster. The upward arrow indicates that the images are ordered alphabetically by cluster name A to Z. By clicking on ‘cluster’ you can reverse the order in which the images are displayed – Z to A.

Please note: If you order the images by any of the categories above whilst part way through the list (tab 10 for example) the list will remain in ‘tab 10’ and will not automatically revert to the beginning.
